RussaYog® offers our Yoga practitioners retreats to Vishram Beach, Santa Barbara, California, for Teacher Training. Stay in RussaYog® Ashram (home to recharge/nourish) just two blocks from the beach. Summer 2013 no retreats will be scheduled.

Typical day at the retreat:

Greet the day with sunrise pranayam and yoga on the beach
Healthy breakfast at vishram beach house
Yoga class with ropes at our unique studio, equipped with ropes attached to fixed anchors
Enjoy a light lunch with fellow retreat members
Kayaking on the Pacific or hiking in the mountains
Exploring beautiful Santa Barbara
Group discussion
Cook vegetarian meals together
Evening yoga class or beach walk under the stars
Bedtime by 9pm
