New Studio!

A beautiful spot has opened up downtown Santa Barbara. 

Classes will begin at 1213 State St. suite L in March, 2012.

Until then, enjoy daily classes at the 1905 Location. Classes will be in session at Cliff Drive through February, 2012
All classes use the concepts of RussaYog to build strength, flexibility and balance. They all focus on mental calm and alertness. They differ in their intensity. Shakti Dhara FLOW is 50-minutes of breath with big movements taken from Indian Dance and Yoga. Strenuous like a continuous challenging hike: burns ~500 calories.
