Santa Barbara Class Schedule

New Classes beginning November 18!

Tuesdays and Saturdays at 5:20 pm and Fridays at noon

Wanda Be will be offering a special series of classes at the studio:

Tuesdays & Saturdays at 5:20 pm are

a gentle, eclectic approach to reduce stress using pranayama & asana to promote flexibility & strength for the muscles, tendons, and ligaments while aligning the spine, and benefitting the endocrine, digestive, circulatory and nervous systems.

Friday noon classes are

 dora-based classes using the colorful fabrics to do postures, movements, and stretches.

6 sessions for $45,
or $8 per class.
If you are a pass-holder,
try a class for free in November!*

All levels are welcome.

*Free Trial Classes in November for Pass-holders. After Nov., classes for passholders will be $5 per class, or $10 for the month.


$55 unlimited classes for 30 days! (Tues/Sat at 5:20 pm and Friday noon are additional)
